A simple, refreshing punch made with tart cranberries, sweet orange, and crisp sparkling water. Perfect for any gathering, this easy recipe comes together in under 10 minutes and is naturally non-alcoholic, making it a crowd-pleaser for all ages.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups cranberry juice (100% juice, unsweetened preferred)
  • 2 cups fresh orange juice (about 4–5 oranges)
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
  • 4 cups chilled sparkling water (plain or lemon-flavored)
  • 1 bottle (750ml) chilled dry sparkling wine or non-alcoholic sparkling cider
  • 2 cups frozen cranberries
  • 1 large orange, thinly sliced into rounds
  • 1 lime, thinly sliced
  • 4–6 fresh rosemary sprigs (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for extra chill)

Instructions

  1. Juice your citrus: Roll oranges and limes on the counter before cutting. Juice oranges to get 2 cups, and limes to get 1/4 cup. Strain out seeds but leave some pulp.
  2. Mix the juice base: In a large pitcher, combine cranberry juice, fresh orange juice, fresh lime juice, and honey or maple syrup (if using). Stir until sweetener is dissolved. Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness as needed.
  3. Chill everything: Refrigerate the juice mixture, sparkling water, and sparkling wine or cider for at least 2 hours, or overnight. Freeze the cranberries as well.
  4. Prepare garnishes: Slice orange and lime into thin rounds. Rinse and dry rosemary sprigs if using. Optionally, cut a small slit in each citrus slice for rimming glasses.
  5. Assemble the punch: Just before serving, pour the chilled juice base into a punch bowl or dispenser. Add frozen cranberries. Gently pour in chilled sparkling water and sparkling wine or cider. Stir once gently to combine.
  6. Garnish and serve: Float orange and lime slices on top. Tuck in rosemary sprigs. Add ice cubes if desired. Ladle into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

For best results, chill all ingredients thoroughly before assembling. Frozen cranberries act as ice cubes without diluting the punch. The juice base can be made up to 3 days ahead. Add sparkling elements just before serving to maintain fizz. For a non-alcoholic version, double the sparkling water or use sparkling cider. For an adult version, use dry Prosecco or Cava.
